APPOINTMENTS/DEPOSIT: Unique Glow Wellness and MedSpa is available by appointments. Same day appointments may be available if there is availability within the schedule. Will notify on website or social media when walk-in days are available. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. We do require a $50 deposit prior to appointment scheduling.
*If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card-chargebacks fraud issues, etc... we cannot accept credit or debit cards from the client and require payment in cash.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that things can come up at the last minute. Unique Glow Wellness and Medspa requires the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service. *Please call us at 484-626-0090 if you need to cancel or reschedule. We do not accept cancellations/rescheduling via email or text.
PET POLICY: if you have pets at your home or your space selected for your treatment, we ask that you kindly have them in a separate space so that we can provide you with our full attention and best service.
RETURN POLICY: we do not offer refunds to services rendered.
